About Pinkies Coffee Co.

Cailen built Pinkies Coffee Co. from a simple love of coffee, community, and pink. What started as a weekend pop-up with a cute pink cart quickly became one of Hamilton's most talked-about mobile coffee experiences — with lineups stretching 6 hours long, rain, shine, and snow.

Every handcrafted latte, every dirty soda, every matcha is made with the same energy Cailen brings to every single pop-up: warm, personal, and genuinely excited to see you. Now with a fully customised pink coffee trailer hitting the streets and private events, Pinkies Coffee Co. is growing — and so is the community around it.
